On January 1, 1993, the bank changed its name to The First Bank of Fairland and updated its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Reserve System, while also changing its chartering agency to a state entity. The bank’s main office was later moved to 32 West Conner Avenue in Fairland on June 1, 2010. The institution ultimately merged with The First National Bank and Trust Company of Miami, Oklahoma, on April 23, 2016, marking the end of its independent operations.
