History Of The Federal Savings Bank
The Federal Savings Bank is a financial institution that was established on July 3, 2000, initially under the name Generations Bank. The bank underwent several name changes and relocations over the years. On January 8, 2007, it changed its name to Brooke Savings Bank and relocated its main office to 195 State Street, Phillipsburg, Kansas. The institution rebranded to Generations Bank on July 16, 2008, and moved its main office again to 7200 West 132nd Street, Suite 220, Overland Park, Kansas, on March 2, 2009. On June 13, 2011, the bank changed its name to The Federal Savings Bank and subsequently moved its head office to 7900 College Boulevard, Overland Park, Kansas. Later, on July 21, 2011, it changed its primary federal regulatory agency to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. The bank continued its expansion by acquiring Baytree National Bank & Trust Company in Lake Forest, Illinois, on March 28, 2015.
