On March 1, 2001, The Farmers Bank became a member of the Federal Reserve System and was classified as a state-chartered bank under the regulation of the Federal Reserve. However, this status changed on December 31, 2004, when the bank relocated its main office to 202-a South Main Street, Greensboro, Georgia 30642.
