The Corder Bank was established on September 10, 1891, originally operating under that name. The bank's main office was initially located in Corder, Missouri. On September 22, 1970, the main office relocated to 220 Lafayette Street in Corder, Missouri, and later moved again on January 11, 1971, to 227 North Lafayette Street, also in Corder. After over a century of operation, The Corder Bank merged with Community Bank of Marshall, located in Marshall, Missouri, on October 1, 2022, becoming part of this larger financial institution.
