Texas State Bank

Texas State Bank was established on September 17, 1926, in Joaquin, Texas. The bank underwent several changes in its operational structure and location over the years. On April 20, 1990, it moved its main office to Main Street in Joaquin, Texas, and later, on January 13, 2003, the main office was relocated to 120 North Preston in the same town. After decades of serving the community, Texas State Bank merged with American State Bank in Arp, Texas, on February 2, 2019, marking the end of its independent operations.
