History Of Texas Capital Bank
Texas Capital Bank, originally established as Resource Bank, National Association, on October 3, 1997, underwent several name and organizational changes throughout its history. The institution changed its name to Texas Capital Bank, National Association, on December 18, 1998, and transitioned to full trust powers on February 25, 1999. Subsequent to this, the main office moved multiple times within Dallas, Texas: first to 5910 North Central Expressway, Suite 100, on January 15, 1999; then to 2100 McKinney Avenue, Suite 900, on October 18, 1999; followed by a relocation to 2000 McKinney Avenue, Suite 800, on March 9, 2009, and again to 2000 McKinney Avenue, Suite 700, on June 4, 2010.
