Synergy Bank

Synergy Bank was established on March 20, 1998, originally under the name Synergy Bank, S.S.B. The bank's main office moved several times over the years, with notable relocations to Synergy Drive in McKinney, Texas, on July 14, 2009, and then to 8951 Synergy Drive, Suite 100, McKinney, Texas, on April 15, 2008. On May 19, 2010, the main office was again relocated to 8951 Synergy Drive, Suite 100, McKinney, Texas. Ultimately, on June 19, 2017, Synergy Bank merged with First Guaranty Bank, which is located in Hammond, Louisiana, becoming part of that institution.
