Sunrise Banks, National Association, is a financial institution located in Saint Paul, Minnesota. It was originally established on July 17, 1962, under the name Summit National Bank of St. Paul. The bank underwent several name changes, becoming Meridian National Bank in February 1990, and subsequently University National Bank in October 1995. On April 1, 2013, the institution changed its name to Sunrise Banks and marked this transition by acquiring Franklin National Bank of Minneapolis and Park Midway Bank, National Association. The main office of Sunrise Banks was relocated to 200 University Avenue West, Saint Paul, Minnesota, on October 1, 1995, and again on April 1, 2013, with a further relocation to the same address occurring on March 18, 2024.
