Branch Reviews & Complaints
This is terrible. if you dont fix this then i am removing my account and going somewhere else. This is the second time this has happened. I have better things to do with my time. I all of a sudden loose my Tab for Commonwealth & trust, to get into my account. I google Commonwealth Bank & Trust and i get a bunch of different blue colums that come on and are supposed to give me different choices. Noe of them lets me get into my account. They only stere me to how to open an account. Noo place and none of these have a place that says to log in. This is a crock of shit. You need to get it fixed so you google Commonwealth Bank & Trust and imediately a tab comes up that gives you the ability to get into my personal account or to get into a web page so i can look at other options you offer customers. I dont want that one i just want to get into my account.!! The choice is yours. Maybe my little account doesnt mean anythihg to you. Dan Caldemeyer
