20 years and Im being told they are closing my debit card because of disputes, small amounts, sometime duplicates, and I get refunded after dispute, isn't that what the fraud department is for.... They said forever.... Calling BBB, and Fed Gov, this is my Social Securiy Account.
I'm extremely disappointed with this locations' staff and their sense of urgency to assist clients. More recently, I've conducted all transactions through the teller drive through and the last number of times the male tellers (there's been 2 on separate occasions) seems to express an 'annoyance' (no greeting), and continue conversations on their cell phones while I'm waiting (patiently) for my receipts. My last transaction took up to 20 minutes - I was the only car in line, no clients in the lobby area and there were two other tellers carrying on conversation with the gentleman who was trying to complete my transaction.
I had previously called SYB customer service to provide feedback regarding an unpleasant interaction with this specific branch manager also. She was extremely rude to me in front of other clients in the lobby area (very embarrassing for me) while discussing her 'promise' to fulfill removing / crediting my HSA account of service fees incurred. The service fee has been since removed as I relayed this same situation to upper management.
My concern is that with the recent acquisition of Commonwealth and other new clients transitioning to SYB, they will have much similiar experiences which unfortunately, may cause individuals and business clients (small and large) to move to another banking entity.

I have been with this bank for a long time and i have been getting bad service with a few of them i should not be treated this way i needed help and no one help me out with this problem this really hurts me bad gittings
