★ Branch review: Head Office Branch

I am very unhappy with the way state bank of India, Chicago branch has handle my account to open new CD account. It took almost 10 days after I have personally visited bank and gave cashiers checks to open my account. Only one person is trained to handle Cd transaction and that person was on vacation so nobody else knows how to do the job. And nobody will do either. My money were sitting on the desk without earning any interest, Most ridiculous. Nobody will listen or care for your complaint.
