I opened a new account recently. Aarti was wonderful, spending over an hour to help me with this process, explaining in detail the account features, and also setting up my online access. Her patience, professionalism and helpful attitude were exemplary. It was a pleasure meeting her and working with her - she did a great job representing SBI, and left me with a very favorable impression of the bank's commitment to service.
