St. Clair County State Bank is a financial institution based in Osceola, Missouri, established on May 1, 1896, originally under the name Johnson Lucas Banking Company. The bank underwent several name changes and operational developments throughout its history, notably changing its name to Osceola Bank on April 22, 1945, and later to St. Clair County State Bank on July 21, 1989. On the same date, the bank expanded its operations by acquiring The Lowry City Bank in Lowry City, Missouri. Over the years, the bank has relocated its main office multiple times within Osceola, moving to Main Street in 1990, then to the intersection of Second and Chestnut on October 30, 1991. Its most recent relocation took place on May 28, 2019, to 710 Chestnut, followed by another move to its current location at 680 2nd Street on September 12, 2022.
