History Of Southeast First National Bank
Southeast First National Bank, originally established as the First National Bank of Trion on May 22, 1968, has undergone several name changes and relocations throughout its history. On May 15, 1971, the institution changed its name to the First National Bank of Trion and later, on the same day, moved its main office from Trion, Georgia, to Main Street in Trion, Georgia. The bank changed its name again to the First National Bank of Chattooga County on June 15, 1971. After several years of operation, the main office relocated to 20 North Commerce Street in Summerville, Georgia, on August 1, 1987. The institution eventually rebranded as Southeast First National Bank on February 1, 2008.
