The Simmons Bank in Sherman is particularly mistake ridden. They set up my accounts incorrectly and have made unauthorized payments to vendors I don't even know. The branch manager is an idiot and has absolutely no power to do anything to repair my losses.... Read more
Simmons Bank has the worst customer service. All three of my accounts were set up wrong by Simmons. Because of that I have been charged many unauthorized bank fees which they refuse to refund even thou they are bank errors.
