I'm sorry, but I think it is poor customer service when you are at the window and there are 3 tellers present, but only one working the window. There were four of us in line and the other two tellers were working on something, which should have been put aside. Neither of them even acknowledged the customers that were waiting. Why have two windows if only one person is doing all of the work?
