Security State Bank

Security State Bank was established on January 1, 1925. Originally based in Anahuac, Texas, the bank underwent several name changes and mergers throughout its history. On April 20, 1990, its main office was relocated to Main Street in Anahuac. The bank was renamed Post Oak Bank, N.A. on April 1, 2017, following its merger with Post Oak Bank, N.A. on December 1, 2015. On October 1, 2018, it merged with Allegiance Bank, which is also headquartered in Houston, Texas. The institution changed its name to Stellar Bank on February 18, 2023, marking its most recent transformation within the evolving banking landscape.
