I spoke to a company about a loan. they told me i had to go to walmart and get 2cards. they deposited $1000.00 in my bank account and i read off the walmart card numbers. this was supposed to take care of loan and they would deposit 5,000.00 into my account. they asked for access to my bank account & did a partial deposit of 350.00 and 400.00 then they also said that no fees would be charged but instead asked me to go back to walmart and get more gift cards. i spoke to them personally each time and they guaranteed ne this was no scam. so i did this. smart thing is i kept receipts and card information. they put this money above in two of my savings accounts and not my checking account. this was from seacoast bank. then behold they sent me an email & said i tried to fraud them of the money they withdrew the money above leaving me with negative balances. phone numbers were different each time 786-869-4288 said we are forwarding this to our legal department. peter smith called from 916-221-7026 & said they to call. wanted to put 1000.00 in my account. other numbers are 786-903-9362, 786-520-6081. they are scammers. my bank ihas contacted seacoast bank.
I keep having difficulty with mobile deposits. They like to reject mobile deposits that don't write out on the endorsement side "For Mobile Deposit Only, Seacoast National Bank". Who else would you depositing this into? This is about as stupid as it gets. We have two very large commercial accounts, two also sizeable personal accounts and this doesn't make any difference to them whatsoever. Customer service hotline does not respond nor do they ever call back. The South Brevard bank employees are powerless to straighten out the banks failings.
Your branch has been closed the last couple of days with no service whatsoever. Instead you have asked your customers to rely exclusively on an ATM. The corona virus does not explain your decision so I have to wonder whether this represents permanent downsizing.
Somebody speak to me. I been on the phone for over an hour pressing all kinds of numbers. Will someone speak to me. I have an overdraft problem that needs to be fixed.
