Seacoast Commerce Bank

Seacoast Commerce Bank was established on June 10, 2003, in Chula Vista, California, initially operating under this name until cessation of operations. The bank underwent several changes in regulatory status and location throughout its history. On April 30, 2007, it moved its main office to a new location within Chula Vista. Subsequently, the bank relocated again on July 8, 2009, to a different suite at the same address in Chula Vista. On June 25, 2012, the main office was relocated to 11939 Rancho Bernardo Road, Suite 200 in San Diego, California. On June 25, 2014, Seacoast Commerce Bank changed its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Reserve and became a member of the Federal Reserve System as a state-chartered bank. On October 1, 2017, the bank expanded its operations by acquiring Capital Bank in San Juan Capistrano, California. Ultimately, Seacoast Commerce Bank merged with Enterprise Bank & Trust based in Clayton, Missouri, on November 13, 2020, thereby ceasing to operate as an independent financial institution.
