History Of Saints Avenue Bank
Saints Avenue Bank was established on July 15, 1944, under the name Ralls County State Bank. Over the years, the bank underwent several name changes and reorganizations. On June 28, 1985, it acquired Center State Bank located in Center, Missouri. The institution relocated its main office to 418 South Main in New London, Missouri, on May 10, 1994. Subsequently, on July 12, 2004, the bank changed its name to RCSBank. It transitioned to a State Chartered Bank and became a member of the Federal Reserve System on July 15, 2015, and changed its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Reserve the same day. On October 11, 2017, it rebranded as Saints Avenue Bank. Ultimately, on July 30, 2021, Saints Avenue Bank merged with and became part of Royal Banks of Missouri, headquartered in University City, Missouri.
