History Of Roselle Bank
Roselle Bank was established in 1889 as the Roselle Savings and Loan Association in New Jersey. Over the years, it underwent several name and organizational changes, becoming Roselle Savings Bank on November 18, 1993, and later changing its organizational type to a Mutual Savings Bank on the same day. On November 30, 1983, Roselle Bank acquired Revere Savings and Loan Association, located in Bernardsville, New Jersey. The bank rebranded as Roselle Bank on May 21, 2018. Ultimately, Roselle Bank merged with Columbia Bank on April 1, 2020, becoming part of the Columbia Bank operations based in Fair Lawn, New Jersey.
