History Of RiverBank
RiverBank, originally established as Corning Savings and Loan Association on July 25, 1974, in Corning, Arkansas, has undergone several significant changes throughout its history. On October 1, 2013, the institution changed its name to Riverbank Savings and Loan Association. It further evolved on January 15, 2015, when it rebranded as RiverBank, changed its organization type to a commercial bank, and altered its bank class to a state-chartered bank, no longer being a member of the Federal Reserve System. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) became its primary federal regulatory agency on July 21, 2011. The main office of RiverBank moved to 1700 Old County Road in Pocahontas, Arkansas on January 15, 2015. Subsequently, on August 25, 2016, RiverBank changed its trust powers to full.
