BRANCH REVIEWS
Mr. Ed Copeland
President Riley State Bank etal.
Dear Mr. Copeland.
My name is Dennis Bell, living in Longford. Wife and I are both customers of your banking group. We are always well taken care of with our banking needs and the staff is always accommodating and helpful.
A note of constructive view of the Longford bank, physical plant. The bank building is in pretty serious need of a facelift, down spouts draining on adjacent propert and causing the steps to fracure and settle, trim rotting, paint peeling and the steps are in need to bring into spec. and they are of inconsistent height, causing a potentilatrip, fall hazzard.
We love the bank and are happy to be well served, eventhought it would be better to have at least one more day to be open. It is a great credit to the community, but it would be a better image for the bank and comunity to have some physical inmprovements to beter reflect the character of both the bany systeme and community.
This note is meant to kindly constructive and we wish you teh very best in the future.
Dennis Bell
Longford
