Wow to make this brief do not do business with Stephen or Steve Coleman he is the Vice President of the lender department not only he yelled at me and hung up the phone in my face he gave my realtor team including my realtor a hard time closing on my house including his co workers he gave them a hard time too he call himself connecting with the Louisville urban league he is not a good fit in our community when it comes to first time homeowners this is very unacceptable to me my first time buying a home how rude this man is he hung up the phone on me and yelled over the phone again I will not stop until something is done about this do not do business with Stephen Coleman at the republic bank.

Customer Service must not be implemented in their training/orientation, staff very unprofessional all the way up to management, completely disappointing.

this branch does not value its customers, it has been now going on 4 months, due to a mistake on my account number when doing my 2020 tax returns, that i have not recived my money owed. was not aware that my money was reverted to this bank, IRS put a 90-day hold on my check, they have sent out a request letter and have received nothing from this branch, I was giving all info. I for the first time on 10/12/2021 got out to matted first, thought that when I verified myself my check would be sent, to my address was not. called on last week 10/16/2021, talked to teller barbra, and supervisor Ellis. suppose she toled me she would e-mail the form, never was told me that i was going on a list. to email me a stop, check form, called again on 10/17/2021 still no form miss Eills would not tak my call. called on 10/19 was told from eileen, that miss Eills would put me on the top of the list would go out that night still have not recived i fell that my check is being stollen. i want this resolved emideitly are i will be filling theft charges aginst this bank.

Heather Austin in amazing. Our home owners association has been using the Community Room for years and did not have an account with Republic. When I came in to schedule the Community Room for this year I was received by Heather as if I had been a customer for 20 years. The very first thing I did was transfer our accounts to Republic Bank. Great Job Heather Austin!
