First let me complement your Columbiana Alabama branch. Through good times and hard times they have been a constant and I appreciate them greatly. It was through one of the employees of that branch they encouraged me to try their bank many years ago. Unfortunately, since she set it up with a branch close to my work it was there I went to sign the paperwork... What a mistake when you go into the Pelham branch no one is kind or makes any effort to know you what so ever... no one ever calls you if you contact them.... no one makes an effort.... after a couple attempts I always went the extra miles to go to my hometown bank Columbiana to perform all transactions and everything went fairly smoothly with the exception of a few times. Why does my hometown bank have to get permission to deposit checks etc... I have nothing to do with them and quite frankly their manager has made no effort at all... I dont know her well enough to say one way or the other if she is great at her job or not... It is a ridiculous policy and it is because of this policy that I will be leaving after have been a customer over 5 years. I appreciate the Columbiana Alabama branch for they have always gone above and beyond any expectations for any hometown bank... Thanks

I have had an account with Renasant Bank/M&F for 20 plus years. Recently I had fraudulent transactions on my checking account. I've been treated poorly by the branch manager at the Madison branch on Hwy 51. I had to call the Kosciusko branch to get the help I needed. Thank you Becky and Toni for the pleasant way you two treated me. I hope I never have to step foot into the Madison branch ever again!

I have an account with Renasant Bank , Snellville Ga. Great bank . Asst. manager Alecia Mote is super friendly and always helpful. Forget the Mega Banks and use Renasant Bank for your financial needs.

On June 28, 2023 around 7:23 p.m., the customer service representative informed me that she was a supervisor and that the only way I could get into my account was to give her my former cell number which I did not remember. I no longer have that number. I have an email which I gave to her but it wasn't enough. Long story short, I didn't get that have a nice day. I believe she hung up on me while I was still talking. The number she called from was 662 680 1001

This bank is unprofessional and tori is rude i had issues with a account being closed out and them re opening it and charging me fees and her attitude is bad she dont care about customers when i said i was canceling she was like ok and this issues made my decision to move to another bank I'm a long time customer i canceled 3 accounts so far and got 4 more that will be canceled soon and i know previous employees and a current that agree with me and i will be getting the word out about my experience

I love the renasant they have been good to me

I wondered when in the world the banks are going to be open for the public to go in and take care of their banking business. It appears to me it has been closed long enough. I like to do my banking inside facing a person and not at the drive through windows. Hurry and open up the banks so your customers can go back inside it they want to do so.

I have tried for two hours to either contact someone by phone or send a message requarding a complaint I have. There seems to be no way to do this as I have been bounched around with ne satisfation. Thanks For Nothing. Time to move accounts
