Reliant Bank

Reliant Bank was established on August 14, 2006, originally under the name Commerce Union Bank. In April 2015, the institution underwent a significant transformation when it changed its name to Reliant Bank and relocated its main office to 1736 Carothers Parkway, Brentwood, Tennessee. Over the following years, Reliant Bank expanded its operations through strategic acquisitions, including Community First Bank & Trust in Columbia, Tennessee, in January 2018, and Community Bank & Trust in Ashland City, Tennessee, in January 2020. Shortly thereafter, it acquired First Advantage Bank in Clarksville, Tennessee, in April 2020. On January 1, 2022, Reliant Bank merged with United Community Bank, a transaction that marked the end of its independent operations.
