RCB Bank, originally established as Rogers County Bank on January 14, 1936, in Claremore, Oklahoma, underwent a name change to RCB Bank on October 1, 1990. The bank has experienced significant growth through a series of acquisitions, beginning with the purchase of Liberty Bank of Owasso in November 1993 and leading to multiple other acquisitions, including American Exchange Bank in January 1994 and American Bank of Pryor in September 1996. In the late 1990s, RCB Bank expanded its footprint further by acquiring institutions such as the Bank of Inola in July 1998 and the Bank of Nichols Hills in December 2006.
