Rabobank

Rabobank, National Association was established on March 19, 1981, originally as Valley Independent Bank. Over the years, the institution underwent several significant changes and expansions, including a series of acquisitions. It became a member of the Federal Reserve System on November 14, 1997, and subsequently changed its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Reserve on the same date. In 2005, the bank adopted the name Rabobank, National Association and transitioned to a national bank status under the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
