Quarry City S&L

Quarry City Savings and Loan Association was established in 1890. Throughout its operational history, the institution underwent several significant changes. On May 5, 2009, it moved its main office to 713 PCA Road in Warrensburg, Missouri. In 2011, Quarry City S&L changed its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). This was followed by another organizational shift in July 2013 when it reclassified itself as a Stock Savings & Loan. By June 21, 2014, the main office remained at the same address in Warrensburg. Subsequently, on September 22, 2022, the institution altered its regulatory status by changing its primary federal regulatory agency to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, reclassifying itself as a Stock Savings Bank and a Federal Savings Bank, and also changing its chartering agency to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Finally, on September 23, 2022, Quarry City S&L merged with Community National Bank & Trust, located in Chanute, Kansas, marking the end of its independent operations.
