On September 30, 1989, the main office relocated to Main Street in Fingal, North Dakota. This was followed by another move on March 31, 2006, to 410 3rd Street, also in Fingal. On December 30, 2003, the institution changed its name to Quality Bank after acquiring Page State Bank in Page, North Dakota, on October 23 of the same year. Later, the main office moved to 116 Morton Avenue in Page on December 20, 2011, and then returned to 410 3rd Street in Fingal on February 2, 2012.
