History Of Quaint Oak Bank
Quaint Oak Bank is a financial institution originally established in 1926 under the name Quaint Oak Building and Loan. Initially, the institution was not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). It underwent a name change to Quaint Oak Savings Bank on January 1, 2000, at which point it also transitioned its federal regulatory agency to the FDIC and changed its organizational structure to a mutual savings bank. On July 3, 2007, the bank rebranded again, adopting the name Quaint Oak Bank and shifting its organization type to a stock savings bank.
