Providence Bank of Texas

Providence Bank of Texas was established on August 27, 2007, originally functioning as a state savings bank. The bank's main office was relocated to 325 East Southlake Boulevard in Southlake, Texas, on May 27, 2008. Over the years, Providence Bank operated as a community banking institution until it merged with Great Plains National Bank, based in Elk City, Oklahoma, on December 16, 2022. Following this merger, Providence Bank of Texas ceased to exist as an independent entity.
