Prosper Bank

Prosper Bank was established on July 1, 1903, originally under the name Prosper State Bank. The institution underwent several changes in its operational structure and location over the years. In 1969, the main office was relocated to First Street in Prosper, Texas. On January 1, 1990, the main office moved again to 805 East First Street, also in Prosper, Texas. In a significant rebranding effort, the institution changed its name to Prosper Bank on November 13, 2006, coinciding with another move of the main office to 805 East 1st Street. Prior to this, the main office had been located at P.O. Box 10 in Prosper starting May 30, 2006. On September 9, 2016, Prosper Bank merged with Texas Bank, becoming part of the financial institution based in Henderson, Texas.
