HISTORY OF PROFILE BANK
Profile Bank, a financial institution located in the United States, was established on January 1, 1907, originally under the name Profile Bank, Fsb. Over the years, the bank underwent several regulatory and structural changes. On July 21, 2011, it shifted its primary federal regulatory oversight to The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Subsequently, on December 11, 2013, Profile Bank changed its name to its current designation and transitioned to become an FDIC Supervised State Savings Bank, while also changing its chartering agency to the state level. This regulatory transition included a change in its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. On February 27, 2014, the bank further evolved by becoming a member of the Federal Reserve System, at which point it also changed its bank classification to a State Chartered Bank, member of the Federal Reserve System.
