The bank was renamed Purdum State Bank on May 6, 1964, and later relocated its main office to Main Street in Purdum, Nebraska, on September 30, 1989. The institution evolved further when it changed its name to Premier Bank on November 4, 2011, coinciding with the acquisition of Mid City Bank, Inc. in Omaha, Nebraska, through a government-assisted merger. Premier Bank expanded its footprint by acquiring Farmers Bank and Trust Company in Nebraska City, Nebraska, on April 6, 2015. Its main office was moved to 16802 Burke Street in Omaha, Nebraska, on March 8, 2013.
