Prairie Bank of Kansas is a financial institution that was established in 1886 as The Farmers National Bank of Stafford. Over the years, the bank underwent several changes and acquisitions. In February 1993, it acquired The Buhler State Bank located in Buhler, Kansas, followed by the acquisition of United Bank in October 1997 in Inman, Kansas. On October 23, 1978, the bank moved its main office to 200 South Main Street in Stafford, Kansas.
