Polonia Bank

Polonia Bank was established in 1923 under the name Polonia Federal Savings and Loan Association. Over the years, it underwent several name and organizational changes, including a transition to a stock savings and loan on January 11, 2007. The bank moved its main office to 3993 Huntingdon Pike, Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania, on June 1, 2000. It adopted the name Polonia Bank in November 1996. In December 2010, Polonia Bank acquired Earthstar Bank, located in Southampton, Pennsylvania, in a government-assisted merger. Subsequently, the bank changed its primary federal regulatory agency to The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency on July 21, 2011. On January 1, 2017, Polonia Bank merged with Prudential Savings Bank in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and subsequently adopted the name Prudential Bank on February 18, 2017. Most recently, on November 5, 2022, Polonia Bank became part of Fulton Bank, National Association, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
