I want to clarify my previous review.... The problem I had was with the CALL CENTER... and not with the branch itself... I have been banking here at the Zion branch for many, many years, and have NEVER had a problem with any transactions or courtesy that I have received. It's a GREAT branch and the Corporate Office should be glad they have the Zion branch in their network.
It is very difficult to use their phone system and talk to anyone.... Spent 10 minutes waiting... Their system sent me to a call center... I've been a customer with this bank for many, many years... and, this conversation... or attempt at a conversation with a customer service rep was NOT impressive. Never did reach anyone that could help. The call center finally was able to make an appt for me but, not till tomorrow.... You need to improve the phone service.
