BRANCH REVIEWS
Review for PNC Bank, Town and Country, Kettering, OH. This bank deserves no stars, because they haven't earned it. Where do I begin? First, you can't walk in and wait to be seen anymore. I think the people who work there must have loved the Covid days, where they didn't have to see or deal with customers, so just continued that practice on. You have to call to make an appt to be seen, for even the minor of things, and if you leave messages, they won't call you back. This practice needs to stop, if you want customers. The only reason we use "hometown" banks anymore is because we need to speak with someone about something. In my case, I had an urgent need to get on my mom's checking account as her POA to pay her bills. Came in to make appt, they copied my paperwork and said they would send off for legal review, and never called me back. I would make calls and speak to people and some woman named Dawn was handling it. It took 2 weeks for her to admit my mom's very important POA document had just begun sitting on Dawn's desk with nothing done with it. Little apology. Finally came in to sign account card, and she had my name misspelled, going with what was on a paper note instead of the document. She was extremely rude to me and clearly is incompetent. I will be closing this account after I write the President of the bank. Terrible experience and to treat customers this way is just beyond words.
