PNC Mesquite is the worst. I have made deposits multiple times and this always happens. The bankers at the drive through are very rude and don't give a crap. I put in my deposit to be deposited and I sit there and wait MINUTES and then I call them and an African American women comes on and says that she is helping people in the lobby and she will be with me in a few minutes. Ok, so a few minutes go by and NOTHING so I push the call button again and a Hispanic women comes on and says the same thing. I am like you know what just give me my deposit back. This bank is so inconsiderate and uncaring for its patrons.. They are rude and ignorant. I will NEVER go back to the PNC Mesquite branch location. NEVER. And this happens all the time not just this one time but I thought I would give them another try, but NOOOOOO. (0 stars)
I called the Brenham branch of PNC bank two days ago. I dealt with a customer service representative named Stevie. My name is on a signature card for a family member's account but I have never accessed it. Stevie listened to my explanation about what I was trying to accomplish and gave me advice on the best way to accomplish it. She answered my questions about statement postings in particular and other features of the PNC online banking website in general. She was pleasant, patient, and accurate. I ended the call feeling much better about a difficult situation. I just wanted the chance to tell her "Thanks!" again and to let her employers know what a good representative she is.
I came in a month ago to get a lien release letter for a boat I financed 20 years ago from a bank that was acquired by PNC. I need that letter and I went into the branch at Walton & Old Perch in Rochester Hills Michigan a month ago and again a week ago to ask about it. I called today to talk to someone about this and the transfered call rang for five minutes without an answer. What do I do now?

I have gone to this branch on many occasions and every time I go, services and attention to details have been on top of their list.
I had a wonderful experience at this branch yesterday. It was my first visit there and I was very pleased with the office staff. My situation my handled quickly and with a smile. Many thanks to Raveen for his assistance.
If I could give Emilly W. 6 stars, I would. She has been an invaluable asset to navigating my family's complex financial issues. With her infectious warm, friendly smile, professionalism, knowledge, positive attitude, and sincere care, I and my mom have greatly treasured her. She even let my mom borrow her sweater because she was cold! I highly recommend her for a promotion!
Everyone at the Lakewood Park branch has made me feel welcome, from the greeters to the management. This is my favorite PNC branch by far.
Great staff great service. Always wellcoming.
Very professional and personable bank.
I have been banking here for 8 years. I've been so happy with the level of service and care I've received from them. whether it is my personal accounts or business they always help. now they are helping me with an estate account for settling my Mom's estate.
Needed to see why I had been charged a service fee on my savings accounts. Lori was a great help & even changed the amounts we take out automatically. Friendly service from the moment we came to the door!
They are great people to work with at the Pawpaw branch.
Excellent customer service... If you are a customer... PNC is better than any other bank. Hands down.
This branch is fabulous. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. Went you enter the building you are always greeted with a hello. I had a issue and one of the bankers was not able to help me even after her trying; I spoke to the manager and he was able to help me. I deal with two other banks and will be closing my accounts with them and will only be dealing with PNC in the future.
Friendly and always helpful.
The Branch Manager, Erika Clay, Englewood Ohio, lies to clients about fees and charges. Told me to void a check to be deposited into another account. I wanted to close the account. They would make out a Cashier's Check to be deposited. Then told me that they didn't charge a fee. It's amazing that the Bank Statement clearly states "Cashier's Check $15.00 charge" and showed a negative balance on a "Closed Account". I paid the $15.00, which they deposited into a closed account. Later, when questioned and asked if I could record our conversation, she became very irritated. I called her a liar, she said a few un-polite words and walked out of the branch. The Branch Associate, Ravshan Temirov tried to talk to me and offered the $15.00 refund. I declined and told him that I would complain to Corporate. Upon leaving the branch, Erika Clay was standing across the street. I told her to have a nice day and was called many names and other vulgarities. Ravshan Temirov was a witness to all of this.
PNC boring means screwing depositors by not paying them even remotely fair interest rates. I have reduced my balances from $150 to $30 thousand and will continue to deplete them over to other institutions. When I inquired about a high paying money market, several times, they went unanswered.
They just SUCK and now I understand their meaning behind boring banking! It's more like GREEDY banking. They just don't care about us and it shows!!!
My name is Mark Chismar I have dealt with this bank for years, back when it was National City Bank. I have had my account hacked several times in the last year, the most recent was December 28th and 29th of 2025, I came in on December 29th 2025 and spoke with Sara Haughn I was issued a new Debit card and they was checking into the charges that had been placed on my other card which the charges was at my place of employment who is also investigating these charges in the mean time I went to pay my bills today December 31st 2025 with the new card and it has been deactivated I have called the bank and spoke with Sara and she says there is nothing they can do I have to come in Friday. I don't own charge cards and I have no way to pay my bills today or gas money or money for groceries, someone needs to figure out why my account is being hacked over and over again if something can't be figured out before closing today December 31st 2025 I will be with drawing my accounts and finding a bank that can help service my needs better and protect my accounts from this happening over and over again.
Very committed & courteous staff!
I just left your branch a few minutes ago and, the bank teller inside were rude to me. I have a knee brace on my right leg, they told me it was going to be a few minutes, a lady walked up and they waited on her, I was next in line. My husband was outside in our car. I didn't want to cause a scene. I will not return to your bank, so rude!!! Mrs. Kathy Woods
I have been banking with the same bank for 25 years. It has changed its name over the years. I feel that I have received excellent service.
Andre is the man!!! Andre knows customer service. He is a HUGE asset to this branch. He is kind, compassionate, friendly and knowledgeable! I HIGHLY recommend banking at this location and utilizing Andre!
I have dealt with Michelle Griffith for over 15 years since she was originally in the Pennington office. She is the only person in the entire PNC bank including their credit card phone line who could tell me which of my many PNC cards actually covers car rental insurance. She pays attention to detail and is a delight to work with.
After the initial meeting on September 7th to close my deceased father's accounts, the PNC Frankenmuth Branch has failed to respond to multiple emails and voice messages. Rediculious.
Long time customer, bank won't endorse 2 party check so that i can send it to my brother who lives on the other side of america and let him cash it.
Fast and friendly service...
