Anastasha helps people like me with mental disorders going on 6 - 7 year now. I used to live by the Midway Branch.
Know I live in Wilmington, not great. I can always call her if I do not understand something. She reminds me of herb lavender calming me down. I was a STEM teacher for the WW Program for twenty years for the IBM TJ WATSON RESEARCH CENTER. I have taught at many NYC inner city school systems for science projects. I think Anastasha should train people from other branches about people with disability programs and other diversities. God knows she has helped me for a long time. She is a fine, fine worker and improves your bank rating. I can never thank her enough. These are the people you should be commending and shaping your banks for tomorrow.

DON'T PUT YOUR MONEY HERE!!! We have both personal & business accounts at multiple credit unions and banks. I opened this particular LLC account when they were BBVA and had no issues when it was BBVA at all. When PNC took over everything went south fast. Aside from the horrible service & high fees, I had multiple instances of fraudulent charges on my LLC account. I wound up freezing the account till I could figure out what to do or where to move my banking to. The account freeze has a max of 30 days. When I needed to access the account, I would go in person, unfreeze, do what I needed to, and have them refreeze it. Apparently the last time I was in, the bank person screwed up and put only a 24 hour hold instead of the 30 days and I got hit with another big charge. The bank, location being 2946 S Mason Rd, Katy, TX 77450, is now denying responsibility stating that on that particular day I had requested a one day hold as I was probably coming back the next day?!?!?! On top of that PNC charged more fees to my account due to the fund shortage caused by the bogus charges their screw up allowed. In all my years of banking across decades and multiple states, I have never had a worse overall experience. Worth repeating: DONT PUT YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
People will post something bad about a business but one his one is not. I was unlucky and had my bank account hacked, they had access to my entire account. While online watching them move things I called the bank and Brett the Branch Manger answered the call, and told of what was happening froze the account to stop them from taking my money. Not only that he set up a new account new bank card, temporary checks and wrote letters for me to send to my autopay billing like my electric Co, cell provider, credit card. insurance etc. I can not thank them enough for their help and concern they showed. I've been with PNC Myrtle beach for 7-8 yrs. and I moved to N. Myrtle 4 yrs ago and still continue the longer drive as their Customer Service is the best.
Terrible customer service. Branch manager was able to override an account that was being opened to add a promo worth $200.00 and said there was nothing she could do. It was too late and when I called to complain, I was told she indeed had the authority to override the new account being opened and add the promo.
First of all, I would like to say that all of the employees at this bank are very pleasant and helpful. In particular, I worked with one of your bankers named Zak Briggs. He helped me with account printouts and other information I needed in order to apply for government assistance for my brother-in-law, who had a stroke. The information required by this agency was quite complicated, especially when it came to bank accounts, and their requests went back a number of years. Zak made himself available to help me with this challenge, problem solving some areas, and always with a pleasant demeanor. The application I finally submitted was approved. I know the process would have been extremely difficult without Zak's expert help. He's an excellent representative for PNC!
Everyone here is so friendly and ready to help with any of your questions. Whether you have questions on your business or if its personal.
I wanted to cash a check yesterday at the Millstone Branch and you can't do it, nothing is happening inside the bank, i was told I could deposit the check and then take it out through the ATM, but there are no tellers inside, and everyone inside the bank was huddled around a small table by the front door... oddest thing I've ever seen in a bank and I had to check to make sure I was in a PNC bank.... it's some kind of service center now, but it's not operating as a PNC bank.
Customer service is poor at best. Branch does not answer phone calls regularly. Opened a checking and savings account with branch manager, who did not order checks as he was supposed to. Caught him in several lies, and he continued to make excuses. If a customer cannot trust or count on the branch manager to do his job both correctly and professionally, then how can someone trust the entire branch.
Staff does not know what are they doing. Be careful!
I have had problems with this branch for over 5 years now. They don't have money. They were unable to provide a small amount of change for my business on 35 separate occasions. They tried to obtain personal information on me for a business account. I was told to take my business elsewhere. This branch is an absolute disgrace. And to top it all off they just don't care. They do not give a damn. Employees last 3 months or less. Why?
The PNC Bank on Fruitville Road in Sarasota has been wonderful to my friend who is 90 years old. They say his name in welcoming him as he walks in and are always pleasant. Recently I drove my friend to the bank, because he is no longer able to drive, for help with online banking. Michael Demorest, a branch banker, was most gracious and took time understanding my friend's confusion with technology. If I was to choose a local bank it would be PNC Bank on Fruitville Road in Sarasota.
As of 2023, our area will require flood insurance. The bank created a website to have mortgage owners provide proof of this instance. You may pay an additional 600 dollars if the bank selects the insurance. I emailed my insurance to the site provided. Then I called to see if someone in the bank received it. The polite attendant told me I had to wait five days for confirmation. I didn't remember to call till three weeks later. At this point, I found out that they never received my new policy. I emailed my insurance to the site provided. Then, I called to see if it was received. The polite attendant told me I had to wait five days for confirmation. Five days later I called the bank and got confirmation that the bank had received the proof of my insurance.
Two months later, I got a bill for not having flood insurance. I emailed my insurance to the site provided. I called to see if it was received. The polite attendant informed me she received it some time back, but my account has not been updated. I asked for an updated escrow analysis. The polite attendant tells me to wait five days, at which point the account will reflect having received the insurance provided, and then I can request an updated escrow analysis.
There has to be a better way.
I'm concerned about this PNC location since it has reduced its hours of operation and is also closed on Saturdays. On my monthly statements, it also no longer has offers for the community businesses. Should I be looking for a new commercial bank to do my business? I don't want to have to travel to the closest PNC which is 4 miles away from me which sounds petty, but its the principal of now having to drive in to a heavily populated area. Other than these concerns, I really like this branch having opened my account with them when I bought my home here. The staff although there have been new faces, have always been courteous, knowledgeable and efficient in their jobs. My rating is going to be because of my fear of this branch being closed in the near future, but the staff deserves a 5 star rating!
The staff at the West Melbourne branch of PNC is always helpful and attentive to any request I make.
I have had nothing but terrific help at this branch. Super helpful. Kind.
Go to any other branch to actually get your banking done. This branch would not cash a check from my Fidelity brokerage account. The Hartville branch had no problem doing it. Moron manager at Tallmadge.
I am a member of PNC Bank in Montezuma, GA, and has been for more than 15 years or around 20 years. I had two monthly deposits coming in this bank every month along with a CD account, and also one other account that had more than $20,000 in it. I want to borrow $10,000 from PNC Bank and to pay it back through my monthly deposits. PNC made up every excuse they could come up with to keep from loaning me the money. PNC is good for accepting money but not loaning it. You may try, but 99% you won't get it.
PNC bank in Sumiton, AL is the best bank around. You won't go wrong using them. I would NOT change.
Nice, helpful and efficient group of people work here. Always pleasant.
Terrible customer service and total indifference to customer. They just switch you from one person to another who has no idea what you are asking and then switches you to another agent and it goes on and on.
Mayra is the most useless worker you have. Been waiting since the 2nd of March for a card, She put a completely different address and never filed for me to have a card sent. Its been the worst 3 weeks trying to struggle this.
No late hours for those of us who get off after 4:30.
I was very disappointed to learn that the Pinckney branch will be closing in April and we are being told that all transactions will need to take place at the closest branch, which is Dexter. Because we do not live right in Pinckney it is a longer distance from where we are at, but Pinckney was the closest branch. I'll be moving my business over to Huntington Bank since they have a branch in Pinckney. Yes we do a lot of transactions electronically, but it is also the convenience of having a bank in our local town where we can go and transact business when we need to.
Thank you for taking the time to read this complaint regarding PNC BANK in its ENTIRTIY. I have been banking at 2814 SW 34th St, GNV, FL 32608 location since 1990. Yes, before it became PNC BANK. The only improvement made is clearly marking the handicap parking. All of the financial benefits' I had before PNC bank had an EIN # were removed, checking w/ interest, no minimum balance, free paper statements & being open until 1pm on a SATURDAY are no longer... As enraging as this is, denying account holders to use the restroom is beyond inhumane. PNC bank is by far the WORST bank I have DESPITE being the most mature. PNC bank is outrageously refusing to act in the best interest of the client. Other banks are paying customers to open accounts with basic features if not better. I don't understand why this location refuses to be open Saturday or denying account holders to use the restroom, but if you found the time to read this you need to start fixing it.
