BRANCH REVIEWS
I was very disappointed to learn that the Pinckney branch will be closing in April and we are being told that all transactions will need to take place at the closest branch, which is Dexter. Because we do not live right in Pinckney it is a longer distance from where we are at, but Pinckney was the closest branch. I'll be moving my business over to Huntington Bank since they have a branch in Pinckney. Yes we do a lot of transactions electronically, but it is also the convenience of having a bank in our local town where we can go and transact business when we need to.
My wife and I had a 1:00 meting today and it did not go well. We entered the bank at 5 minutes to 1, there were two tellers with no customers just sitting not doing any thing not the friendliest place. My wife signed in with her phone which I can understand if this was a big busy bank which this is not. The person we had the meeting with was with the manager having some type of meting which she believed was more important than servicing the customers. The tellers would not let the manager know there were customers waiting so I had to knock on her door to get any help. This manager needs to be reminded customers should come first or there is no bank. The next time I need to go to the bank and I do not get waited on like I am a valuable customer will be the time I close my account. Again this manager needs to be reminded why the bank has front doors. Also have her set her clock so she knows the correct time!
G.E.Butchko a very dissatisfied customer.
