We've always received great service here, but today their help was excellent. I regret I did not get the name of the lady who helped me primarily, or the other lady that also helped, but they were both great. They solved a problem for me that PNC's national customer service rep said was impossible for the bank to do anything about. They were also unfailingly, genuinely empathetic, despite my expressing frustration with the general situation. PNC may be a major chain bank, but this branch makes it feel like a local business.
