Plaza Park State Bank

Plaza Park State Bank was established on November 26, 1910, under the original name of State Bank of Rockville. The institution underwent several changes throughout its history, including a transition to a state-chartered bank and membership in the Federal Reserve System on November 6, 1939. The bank changed its name to Plaza Park State Bank of St. Cloud on January 12, 1957, and subsequently moved its main office to Main Street in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. Over the years, it relocated its main office several times, eventually settling at 131 6th Avenue South in Waite Park, Minnesota, on June 26, 2006, after moving from its previous location on Division Street. On May 21, 1969, the bank officially adopted the name Plaza Park State Bank. After nearly a century of operation, Plaza Park State Bank merged with Deerwood Bank on April 28, 2018, and is now part of that financial institution.
