Pioneer Trust Bank, National Association, is a financial institution with a history dating back to its establishment on January 1, 1924, originally under the name Pioneer Trust Company. Initially, the institution was not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). On February 19, 1975, it became FDIC insured and changed its primary federal regulatory agency to the FDIC. More than a decade later, on December 20, 1985, the institution underwent significant changes, including a name change to Pioneer Trust Bank, National Association.
