Pioneer Bank

Pioneer Bank, Ssb was established on May 14, 2007. Initially, the bank operated under the name Pioneer Bank, Ssb and began its operations as a financial institution. Over the following years, it expanded through acquisitions, including Colorado Valley Bank, Ssb in September 2012, Union State Bank in May 2014, and First Community Bank, National Association in February 2016. In May 2014, the bank officially changed its name to Pioneer Bank, Ssb. In November 2016, the main office relocated to 623 West 38th Street, Austin, Texas. The bank continued to operate until it merged with Sunflower Bank, National Association in Denver, Colorado, on April 1, 2022, at which point it ceased to exist as an independent entity.
