Pinnacle Bank is a financial institution that was established on August 10, 1970, originally under the name First State Bank. The bank underwent several name changes, with its first change occurring on January 14, 2004, when it became First State Bank Texas. In December 2002, the bank became a member of the Federal Reserve System and changed its regulatory agency accordingly. A significant transition took place in 2008 when the institution adopted the name Pinnacle Bank. Over the years, Pinnacle Bank expanded through acquisitions, including the purchase of First Bank in Azle, Texas, and Woodhaven Bank in Fort Worth, Texas, in 2009 and April 2017, respectively.
