Pinnacle Bank, originally established as Pinnacle National Bank on October 27, 2000, has undergone significant changes and expansion since its inception. The institution changed its name to Pinnacle Bank on September 4, 2012, and subsequently withdrew from membership in the Federal Reserve System, transitioning to a state-chartered bank regulated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Over the years, Pinnacle Bank has expanded its operations through a series of acquisitions. Notable transactions include the purchase of Cavalry Banking in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, on March 27, 2006, followed by the acquisition of Bank of the South in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, on March 1, 2008. The bank continued its growth trajectory with the acquisition of CapitalMark Bank & Trust in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and Magna Bank in Memphis, Tennessee, in August and September 2015, respectively. I went to the branch in Easley, SC and I asked a simple question. The teller looked aggravated and LACKS basic English comprehension. With a glaring look in her eyes she tells me have the seat. I could sense her RACIST demeanor. The manager is a nasty smart ass and I left immediately.
