Pillar Bank, originally established as The First National Bank of Baldwin on September 23, 1883, is a financial institution located in Baldwin, Wisconsin. Throughout its history, the bank has undergone several name changes and structural modifications. On February 1, 2023, the institution changed its name to Pillar Bank. Earlier, on June 27, 2003, the bank transitioned to the name The First Bank of Baldwin and simultaneously changed its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Reserve, adopting the status of a state-chartered bank and becoming a member of the Federal Reserve System. In a notable acquisition, Pillar Bank acquired The Bank of Spring Valley on August 4, 2007. The bank's main office was relocated multiple times, first moving to Main Street in Baldwin, Wisconsin, on February 23, 1990, and subsequently relocating to 990 Main Street on June 29, 1990.
