Has People's Bank discontinued banking after-hours via phone? I ask as I tried to get info re my accounts via phone and was told by recording customer service would be with me momentarily. However, I waited nearly 11 minutes on "hold" to no avail. Bring this to your attention in order that if indeed, this service is no longer available to cuztomers, you may then wish to provide a new message upon your phone.
