Peoples Bank

Peoples Bank was established on January 1, 1907, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, originally under the name Peoples State Bank. Over the years, the institution underwent various changes, most notably on December 12, 1977, when it moved its main office to 445 South Lewis Avenue in Tulsa. In 2005, the bank changed its name to Peoples Bank. A significant event in the bank's history occurred on February 12, 2011, when it acquired American State Bank in Tulsa. Ultimately, on September 19, 2020, Peoples Bank merged with and became part of American Heritage Bank, located in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.
